Vimab Group AB (publ) (“Vimab Group” or the “Company”) has entered into a share transfer agreement with the owner of B Göransson Produktion AB (“B Göransson”) regarding the acquisition of all shares in B Göransson in accordance with the letter of intent communicated via press release on 17 April 2023. Access to the shares in B Göransson is estimated to take place during week 27 2023.
Vimab Group CEO, Peter Fredell, comments on the acquisition:

B Göransson is a mechanical workshop and contract manufacturer with extensive experience in cutting, edge pressing, welding and metalworking. The company is based in Staffanstorp, currently has ten employees and offers its customers everything from one-piece manufacturing and prototyping to serial production.
