Anders Holm and Bryan Gallagan, at Neqtar, acted as exclusive financial advisers to the owners of Nordanå Transport in connection with Sandahlsbolagen Sweden acquiring 100% of the shares.

Sandahls has acquired all shares in Nordanå Transport AB from Anders Clarén and Martin Stjernström as of May 2, 2023. Anders and Martin will remain in the company with their current duties and Nordanå Transport AB will become a subsidiary of the Sandahls Group.

  • Through the acquisition of Nordanå Transport, Sandahls increases its geographical coverage. We are getting closer to our customers in the important metropolitan region around Malmö, where even our sustainable train solutions are now becoming more accessible, says Magnus Nilsson, CEO of Sandahls.
  • Nordanå Transport has long had a great focus on sustainability. The fact that we are now taking the step into Sandahls will further strengthen our sustainable offer, while all our customers will now have access to the entire Sandahls infrastructure and resources, says Anders Clarén, CEO Nordanå Transport AB.

Together with Nordanå, Sandahls wants to continue renewing the logistics industry with sustainable transport. Nordanå has sustainability certification for road freight transport, and in line with this, the vehicle fleet was 100 percent fossil-free as early as January 2020.

With Nordanå’s warehouse in Malmö harbor, where large quantities of food are currently handled, additional capacity and competence are added to Sandahl’s offer. Entry date Tuesday 2 May 2023.
