Anders Holm, partner at Neqtar, was both a co-owner and acted as advisor to the owner group at Tyringe Konsult in connection with PipeChain Group’s acquisition of the company.

The merger is said to be important for the continued development of PipeChain’s business areas for supply chain management systems for large customers with international operations and digital industry networks for the automotive industry and trade.
