KRP continues its growth journey and strengthens its presence in Skåne by acquiring Palcon Trading AB, a Staffanstorp-based pallet & packaging company with annual sales of SEK 12 million and 6 employees.
KRP was founded in 1986 and has since grown both organically and through several acquisitions, now reaching revenues of just over SEK 350 million. KRP conducts nationwide trading, repair, and new production of pallets and other industrial packaging, handling more than 2 million pallets annually with pallet depots in Malmö and Bjuv.
Focus on a secure generational shift and opportunities for sustainable growth
Palcon Trading AB, like KRP, was founded in 1986 and has since established itself as a well-known and appreciated player in pallets and packaging. The company has loyal employees and strong customer relationships. The owner now feels ready for a generational shift in the company.
